A Full Continuum of Drug & Alcohol Rehab Services in Lantana, FL

Addiction affects everyone differently. The substance being used, length and frequency of use, physical health, mental health, previous treatment experiences, home environment, and support system can all influence what type of care may be appropriate.

That is why addiction treatment at Archstone begins with an individualized assessment rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Located in Lantana in Palm Beach County, Florida, Archstone Behavioral Health has provided addiction treatment since 2001. Our treatment programs are designed to help individuals address substance use while also developing the coping skills, support systems, and recovery strategies needed for life beyond treatment.

Our continuum of care includes:

Your recommended level of care will depend on your individual needs and clinical assessment.

Medical Detox in Lantana, FL

For some people, recovery begins with medical detox.

When the body becomes physically dependent on alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, or other substances, suddenly stopping use can cause withdrawal symptoms. Depending on the substance and level of dependence, withdrawal can be uncomfortable and, in some situations, medically serious.

Archstone’s medical detox program in Lantana provides a supervised environment where patients can be evaluated and supported throughout the withdrawal process. The goal of detox is to help stabilize the individual medically and prepare them for the next phase of addiction treatment.

Detox alone generally does not address all of the behavioral, emotional, and environmental factors associated with addiction. When clinically appropriate, patients can transition from detox into continued treatment within Archstone’s continuum of care.

Residential & Inpatient Rehab in Lantana

Our residential addiction treatment program in Lantana provides a structured environment for people who need more intensive support while beginning recovery.

During residential treatment, clients live on campus and participate in therapeutic and recovery-focused programming. Temporarily stepping away from everyday environments can also give individuals space to identify triggers, understand patterns associated with substance use, and begin developing healthier ways of responding to stress and difficult emotions.

Treatment is individualized and may incorporate individual therapy, group therapy, mental health services, trauma-informed care, relapse-prevention planning, peer support, and family involvement based on clinical needs.

For individuals experiencing both substance use and mental health concerns, treatment can also address co-occurring conditions as part of a more integrated approach to recovery.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Recovery needs can change over time. Some individuals no longer require residential care but still benefit from significant structure and clinical support.

A partial hospitalization program (PHP) can provide an intermediate level of care between residential treatment and less intensive outpatient services.

PHP allows clients to continue participating in structured addiction treatment while gradually developing greater independence. Depending on an individual’s treatment plan, programming may focus on therapy, relapse prevention, coping strategies, mental health, healthy routines, relationships, and preparing for continued recovery outside a residential setting.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides structured addiction treatment with greater flexibility than residential or partial hospitalization programming.

IOP may be appropriate for people transitioning from a higher level of care as well as individuals whose clinical needs do not require 24-hour residential support.

Treatment can help clients continue strengthening recovery skills while navigating real-world responsibilities and challenges. The appropriate level and duration of care depends on each person’s clinical needs, progress, home environment, and recovery support system.

Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Treatment

For individuals who need continued professional support with a lower level of treatment intensity, Archstone also offers outpatient addiction treatment in Lantana.

Outpatient care can be an important step in the recovery process, particularly for individuals who have already completed detox, residential treatment, PHP, or IOP.

Outpatient treatment allows clients to continue addressing substance use and mental health concerns while applying what they have learned to everyday life.

Rather than viewing recovery as something that ends when a residential program is completed, outpatient treatment can provide continued accountability, therapeutic support, and opportunities to address challenges as they arise.

Treatment for Drug & Alcohol Addiction: What We Treat

We work with individuals experiencing problems related to alcohol and a range of drugs.

Treatment may be appropriate for individuals struggling with substances such as:

The appropriate treatment plan depends on the substances involved as well as the individual’s physical health, mental health, withdrawal risk, treatment history, and other clinical factors.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment in Lantana, FL

Substance use and mental health concerns frequently overlap. Anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health challenges may contribute to substance use or make recovery more complicated.

Archstone Behavioral Health provides dual diagnosis treatment for individuals experiencing co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns.

An integrated approach allows clinicians to consider both sides of the equation rather than focusing solely on substance use. Depending on individual needs, treatment may include psychiatric and psychological services, behavioral therapies, medication management, trauma-informed treatment, and other therapeutic interventions.

Individualized, Evidence-Based Drug and Alcohol Treatment

There is no single therapy or treatment plan that works for everyone.

At Archstone, treatment plans are developed around the individual. Therapy can help clients better understand behaviors and thought patterns associated with substance use, recognize triggers, improve emotional regulation, develop healthier coping strategies, and build skills that support continued recovery.

Depending on clinical needs, treatment may incorporate approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, individual counseling, group therapy, family therapy, and other evidence-based or clinically appropriate interventions.

Aftercare Planning for Continued Recovery

Completing a treatment program is an important milestone, but recovery continues afterward.

Archstone incorporates aftercare and discharge planning to help clients prepare for the transition from structured treatment into everyday life.

An aftercare plan may include recommendations or connections for ongoing therapy, outpatient treatment, peer support groups, relapse-prevention resources, sober living, mental health services, or other community resources based on individual needs.

Planning ahead can help clients identify potential challenges, understand where they can turn for support, and continue using the skills developed during treatment.

Stay Connected Through Archstone’s Alumni Community

Connection can remain valuable long after formal addiction treatment ends.

Archstone maintains an active alumni community to give former clients opportunities to remain connected with others in recovery. Alumni support can help individuals maintain relationships with people who understand the recovery process while continuing to build a recovery-focused community.

Archstone’s alumni community includes ongoing opportunities for connection, including meetings and alumni events.

For many former clients, these relationships provide an additional layer of community and support as they build their lives after treatment.

Title: Outstanding Care on the Fifth Floor! I had the privilege of experiencing the incredible care provided by the team on the fifth floor at Woodmont. The dedication and passion they show towards their patients are truly remarkable. From the nurses to Sebastian and Johe from the PT team, every member went above and beyond to ensure comfort and well-being. Their warmth and compassion made a world of difference during my time there. Thank you a million times, Woodmont fifth floor! Your exceptional service deserves all the applause!

Great place when you’re ready. Highly recommend to those who are. Danny, Patty, Sully and Devin are efficient and deliberate in preparing you for a new start.

Stay far away from this place. They do not care about your loved ones. They are all about money. Run as far away as you can. BEWARE!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! NOT AT ALL WHAT REVIEWS SAY!! Nothing luxurious about this place. The Walmart toilet paper at my home is better than there’s!! The service was absolutely awful and there is no help for MENTAL HEALTH!! NO MENTAL HEALTH CARE AT ALL!! Rate 00000000!!

Angela in admissions DOES NOT belong working in this field. Not only was she extremely rude and condescending, but she wouldn’t even let me speak and kept interrupting me. People calling in are looking for help and she was disgusting in the way she spoke to me. I truly hope corporate sees this and listens to her recorded calls. I’m telling everyone I know about the way she treated me and telling them to NEVER EVER come here.

This was an awesome meeting, I was so glad I could make it, heard an amazing share that touched everyone in the room, definitely looking forward to the next alumni meeting here!!!!!
