Mo Yachnes is known for his visionary approach in building organizations through strategic leadership within the healthcare space. He has a proven track record of successful patient outcomes by combining his clinical knowledge and ability to successfully track and direct function area leads. He has successfully leveraged payer-mix optimization into healthy financial conversions within addiction treatment programs. He is known for his hands-on leadership approach and works closely with his team on a daily basis.

Prior to launching Archstone Behavioral Health, Mo worked within the corporate structure managing ten treatment facilities in several U.S. states ensuring clinical fidelity and oversight of multiple financial metrics across the network. 20 years ago, Mo began his career as a BHT while attending Fordham University Graduate School for clinical social work, with a primary focus on addiction treatment. He then went on to “wear several hats” including primary therapist, clinical director, director of operations, and CEO of two other addiction treatment companies. Mo lives with his wife Michelle and their three children in Boca Raton, Florida.

Aryeh is a systems thinker, with years of experience in the health care space. Before Joining Archstone Behavior Health, he ran operations for a local residential facility where he was tasked with supervision and oversight of revenue cycle management, staffing, compliance, and ensuring patient quality care. Aryeh’s management style gives him the ability to remain calm, laser focused, and goal oriented throughout various issues that may come up during a patient’s treatment episode. He brings a warm and caring element to the organization.

At Archstone Behavior Health, Aryeh manages all day-to-day operations and is responsible inter-department communication. He works closely with the CEO to ensure our culture, creativity, and care is the central focus and is incorporated into every client’s experience. Aryeh lives with his wife and 4 children in Hollywood, Florida.

Igor Soldatov has spent the past decade in the treatment industry, beginning his career as a Behavioral Health Technician before moving into administrative and director roles over the last six years. His work reflects a balance of compassion for those receiving care and a strong commitment to effective, efficient program management.

Igor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is currently pursuing his MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration at Florida Atlantic University. By blending his financial expertise with his healthcare leadership experience, he aims to drive meaningful improvements in both patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Outside of work, Igor is a devoted husband and proud father to a beautiful daughter and a handsome son. He’s also the happy owner of two energetic Labrador Retrievers who keep family life lively.

Dr. Toledo is a neurologist with 25 years of experience and has been in private practice since 1991 on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Dr. Toledo completed his neurology training at the State University of New York and his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh studying epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology. He also completed 24 months of acute inpatient psychiatry at the Western Missouri Mental Health Center, University of Missouri in Kansas City.

In 2008, Dr. Toledo participated in and was certified in the continuing medical education activity entitled Buprenorphine and Office-Based Treatment of Opioid Dependence from The Medical University of South Carolina during which he started the Neuropsychiatric Addiction Clinic. Dr. Toledo is a brain specialist with particular expertise in addiction medicine and out-patient detoxification treatment. He is certified to prescribe buprenorphine (Suboxone). He incorporates his background in neurology into the addiction field. Dr Toledo is member/fellow of The American Medical Association, The Florida Medical Association and The American Society of Addiction Medicine.

Josh Weaver, Archstone’s Clinical Director, has fifteen years of experience as a psychotherapist, specializing in addiction recovery. After graduating with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, he began his career serving clients through nonprofit work.

Josh is well versed in treating complex issues, such as trauma and addiction, with evidence-based treatment modalities. He is a trained EMDR practitioner as well as a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional.

From an early age, Josh has known what it’s like to face adversity. He beat childhood cancer twice and in recent years dealt with a brain tumor. As a survivor of serious health issues, Josh made it his life’s work to help others overcome their own challenges.

A Michigan native, Josh has called South Florida home for many years.

Brianne serves as the director of operations here at Archstone Behavioral Health. She has been working in the substance abuse and mental health field for over 20 years. She has worked locally at long-standing facilities with wonderful reputations. Brianne oversees the day-to-day operations at Archstone including clinical, housing, compliance, and staff management while making sure our patients’ needs are being met daily. It is her passion to help those in need get what they need to start a new way of life. In her time away from Archstone she loves spending time with her daughters.

Mary is  the Director of Nursing at Archstone behavioral health. As nursing director, she oversees the functioning of the medical department, which includes nursing supervision, direct patient care and ensuring compliance and safety measures  that are so important in providing the best healthcare experience. Mary studied nursing at Brevard College in Central Florida and Psychology at Florida Atlantic University . She has worked in all aspects of the healthcare field for over twenty years and has been a certified addiction nurse for the past 11 years. Mary is dedicated to helping patients and their families understand addiction and mental illness. Mary enjoys working at Archstone because the patients really receive individualized attention and the medical and clinical teams work together for the best outcome of every single person. In her spare time away from Archstone, Mary enjoys running, exercising and has completed the New York City Marathon, which was her greatest bragging point until the birth of her first grandchild!

Jason was born in Queens, New York where he was raised in a Greek household. Jason battled with addiction for several years in New York before he finally surrendered. On May 5th 2014 Jason made the difficult phone call to Archstone Behavioral Health and was on the next flight to Florida. After finding a sponsor and working a 12 Step Program, Jason found a new passion for helping others who suffered with addiction just as he did. That is when Jason started his career in the Substance Abuse field. In his professional career, Jason has experience with Case Management, Admissions, and even as a Behavioral Health technician. Jason was able to fulfill his dreams by now playing an important role as “Director of Business Development” here at Archstone Behavioral Health, where it had all started for him. Jason’s hobbies are going to the gym, playing softball, and spending time with his two dogs; lvy and Iris.

Marie Kræmmer has over a decade of widespread leadership experience in the field of substance abuse and mental health. Currently she is overseeing Archstone’s clinical program development and compliance department. Marie strives to ensure that Archstone Behavioral Health remains a treatment facility that stands apart from all others, providing a treatment experience for clients that is rooted in excellence.

Marie Kræmmer is also a licensed Mental Health Counselor.  She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University graduating with honors.

Daphne Dorce, MD , is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She trained in general psychiatry at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program, child and adolescent psychiatry at the Yale Child Study Program at Yale School of Medicine, and forensic psychiatry at the Cornell/Columbia University Psychiatry and Law Program.

Dr. Dorce has been practicing since 1999, the last 17 years in South Florida, at various locations including: substance abuse rehabilitation centers, community mental health centers, and the Palm Beach County Jail. She currently dedicates her professional time treating patients with addiction disorders consisting of the following: alcohol, benzodiazepines, stimulants, cocaine, opioids as well as other drugs. Additionally, Dr. Dorce evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients with other mental health disorders such as: major depression, bipolar disorder and generalized anxiety disorder.

Dr. Dorce, is board certified in general, child and adolescent and forensic psychiatry.

Devora has over a decade of experience working within both clinical and academic research settings. Devora specializes in the treatment of addiction and trauma, as well as clinical program design that is tailored to meet the unique clinical and cultural needs of members of the Orthodox Jewish community. Devora holds a Masters in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, a Masters in Science from Glyndwr University, UK and currently completing a PhD in the Psychology of Religion at the University of Warwick.
