Recently State Certified and working toward his Certified Addiction Professional (CAP). Currently Enrolled in bachelor’s degree in Human Services Addiction Studies at Palm Beach State College (Presidents List 4.0 GPA). Six years of experience in a Treatment Center consisting of BHT-Supervisor, Med-Tech, and Group Facilitator. Building on “Personal Integrity” in pursuit of an environment of, ethical practice, honesty and accountability. A strong desire to help those who are experiencing the pain and suffering with addictions through empathy, experience, and education. “Where there is despair may I bring Hope” to those who suffer.

Lauren Shapiro, MS, LMHC, grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, and received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Journalism from The William Allen White School of Journalism at The University of Kansas. After working in public affairs, Lauren returned to school for her Masters of Science Degree in Professional Counseling from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was inducted into the Psi Chi Honor Society in Psychology, and Chi Sigma Iota Counseling, Academic and Professional Honor Society. Lauren completed an internship at a residential alcohol and drug treatment facility for mothers allowed to live with their children while they were being treated for addiction.  After moving to Florida in 2015, Lauren worked in all levels of care in alcohol and drug treatment centers providing counseling, case management, and group therapy as a primary therapist and clinical manager. Lauren has also worked in acute mental health facilities treating schizophrenia, bipolar and personality disorders.  Lauren has a passion for women’s issues, including those suffering from fertility challenges and postpartum depression. Lauren likes to provide a warm and open environment for counseling, fostering a place of safety, growth and reflection.

Dr. Toledo is a neurologist with 25 years of experience and has been in private practice since 1991 on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Dr. Toledo completed his neurology training at the State University of New York and his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh studying epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology. He also completed 24 months of acute inpatient psychiatry at the Western Missouri Mental Health Center, University of Missouri in Kansas City.

In 2008, Dr. Toledo participated in and was certified in the continuing medical education activity entitled Buprenorphine and Office-Based Treatment of Opioid Dependence from The Medical University of South Carolina during which he started the Neuropsychiatric Addiction Clinic. Dr. Toledo is a brain specialist with particular expertise in addiction medicine and out-patient detoxification treatment. He is certified to prescribe buprenorphine (Suboxone). He incorporates his background in neurology into the addiction field. Dr Toledo is member/fellow of The American Medical Association, The Florida Medical Association and The American Society of Addiction Medicine.

Marie Kræmmer has over a decade of widespread leadership experience in the field of substance abuse and mental health. Currently she is overseeing Archstone’s clinical program development and compliance department. Marie strives to ensure that Archstone Behavioral Health remains a treatment facility that stands apart from all others, providing a treatment experience for clients that is rooted in excellence. 

Marie Kræmmer is also a licensed Mental Health Counselor.  She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University graduating with honors. 

Aaron Schwarzman obtained his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Carlos Albizu University in 2019. Aaron is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in working with clients who are suffering from addictions, mood disorders, and traumas. Aaron utilizes psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to individualize treatment for each client. Aaron has extensive experience in inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment centers. Aaron’s work as a clinician has led him to explore alternative approaches to helping clients with chronic relapse histories, life-long disorders, and severe trauma that is therapeutically resistant to traditional approaches. Working with clients who are appropriate candidates for psychedelic interventions, Aaron is at the forefront of successfully guiding clients to integrate these changes into their lives to create sustainable, long-term change.
